MDM4AU 336 Posted October 6, 2004 Share Posted October 6, 2004 FROM NBC 13 In Birmingham (10 o'clock report): I don't have the EXACT quote but Superintendent Wayman Shiver, when concerns and opposition were raised about thie use of stun guns by security officers, said that if parents will do their job at home to teach their children and prepare them to comply with the rules and the administration and officers there will be no need for the stun guns.
