Clint 1 Posted August 28, 2012 Share Posted August 28, 2012 Oddly enough, a day after posting my full-fledged uniform list, ESPN.COM posts a Q&A session with each of the SEC coaches talking about uniforms and if they have impact on recruiting. Interesting read. Of course I loved Chizik's quote Gene Chizik: Everybody's got their own flavor of uniform and what they prefer and what they like. And then you've got Auburn, for instance. We're very comfortable with our uniform and our logo and those won't change. Then you've got people that want to go on the opposite end of the spectrum who want to get out there and get real flashy with everything. To a certain degree, that appeals to some young guys. If they do it, it's usually recruiting-based. They want some pop for the recruits. But does that make a difference to recruits? I don’t know.
