Hit first batter and gave up a single but settled down and got out of inning with only one run scored. AU coming to bat trailing 1-0 on a rainy cool day. Too bad Sprinkle did not get a bit more work....looked pretty good I thought....but would have been nice to see him get maybe 6 innings at least. So guess he's done for week...start against Ala A and M?....or maybe some bull pen before then. Any idea what his role will be? Most frosh seem to start in the pen and work their way out of it to a starting role over time. Kennesaw is a respectable team and he did well.
