McCrackin rips a single to right just under the glove of the diving right fielder.   Bases loaded with 1 out for Courtney Shea.

Shea grounds to 1st, throw comes home and Fornis is SAFE at home.  Auburn leads 1-0.  Bases still loaded for Morgan Podany.

Podany high chopper back to the pitcher, back handed stop and throw home is in time.  2 outs.  Bases still loaded.   Tannon Snow will pinch hit here for Draper.

wild pitch and Snow moves to 2nd.   caught her left foot on the inside corner of the base and rolled her ankle a bit.  Maresette will come in and pinch run.

Veach grounder to the left side, and gets through into left.  Left fielder mishandles the ball, Maresette scores, throw cut off and thrown to 2nd to get Veach, but throw goes into right center and all the way to the wall and Veach comes all the way around to score.   4-0 Auburn.  Rivera lines one to the gap in left center and stands up at 2nd.

McCrackin lines one down the line to left, nice diving catch actually on the line [caught in foul territory).    2 outs.  Courtney Shea up

Top of the order for Auburn in the bottom 4th.  Nothing for Maryland in the top half.   Draper, Crocker, and Dowell [came in last inning for Taylon Snow]

Poor pitch and it rolls wide of the plate, catcher blocks and keeps it in front of her but Draper slides in at 3rd.  0 outs.

Crocker walks and rounds 1st and just never stops and goes to 2nd [casual walk here folks]  Throw to 2nd to get Crocker and she is safe but injured.   Looks like she is coming out.  Immediately at the throw, Draper breaks from 3rd and scores.   5-0 Auburn.   Looked like Crocker was holding her left wrist.     Tissier in to pinch run.     I thought at first she had been hit in the stomach somehow, but she was clearly favoring her left wrist once a trainer got there.

That's three players today that have been injured going to 2nd base.
