Sullivan: 111.1 to 148.2 ( +37.1 ) Burger: 123.4 to 140.9 ( +17.5 ) Slack: 130.1 to 131.7 ( +1.6 ) White: 114.4 to 101.2 ( -13.2 ) Nix: 128.2 to 135.6 ( +7.4 ) Craig: 127.3 to 130.2 ( +2.9 ) Leard: 98.5 to 170.8 ( +72.3 ) Campbell: 130.6 to 149.9 ( +19.3 ) Cox: 132.6 to ??? Throwing out Leard's numbers because he only started half the 1999 season due to injury, the other seven remaining QB's improved by an average of 10.4 pts.
