OMG, how funny! I have a new feeling for a lot of kids that attend "Christian" schools. Locally, one school seems to be almost like a detention school. It is where a lot of troublemaker kids get sent after they are tossed out of public school. I mean that too. Some of those kids made my skin crawl as Youth Director at my church. Don't really remember the complete wording on the law, but I do know that a second DUI conviction gets you more fines$$ (easily taken care of by uaters ) and more jail time. Judges, at least in Lee Co., don't like repeat DUI offenders. Maybe has something do to with one of their one's son being killed by drunk driver. Obviously, he didn't learn from his first arrest!!!
