I find it funny that you link an obscure website and the article is dated 20 June 2003 & 15 August 2003. Why has no reputable news service anywhere in the world not printed this? But, remember, mainstream news sources have been very slow lately to report stories for fear of being black-balled by this administration. This guy's at least as credible as Drudge, who is linked to by you guys when he gets a "juicy" story.
