It is located at the end of North Dean road about 3 miles from the stadium. My wife and I had to move out due to job relocation. Currently my brother in law is living there. It would be available the middle of August through the end of November. So the whole football season. If anyone is interested just let me know. If it was needed the start of August that could be arranged also. If someone took the lease over in the middle of August that obviously would only be $325/August and then $650 for the other 3 months.
