LSU fan at the UGA series this weekend

Recommended Posts

I had 5 friends go to the UGA/LSU series this weekend and they all sent me different emails telling me they had never felt so unsafe at their own place like this weekend. Even though the LSU fans were outnumbered considerably, their fans probably had 15-20 people KICKED OUT of Foley Field this weekend. I went to 4 years of games and not sure I ever saw more than 1-2 people kicked out.

Anyone, this guy is sitting on the mid-3rd base side and starts absolutely cursing, swearing, screaming, and even flipping off every batter that would come to bat for us and then do it to our players on the field. Parents asked him to keep it down and he told a few to "Shut the **** up" along with other sayings that I am sure you can imagine. The police get involved and he starts telling the cop to...well, take a guess so they escort him out.

On the way out, he finds a way to flick everyone off and start not one, not two, but three fights.:no::no:

he looks like a real winner. the windpants are a nice touch.

he apparently posts on tigerdroppings as "CMACLSU" and they're calling him out on there too.

btw....he's 35 (or so his profile claims) :roflol:

this was his defense on there...

I was just havin fun and never once cussed and or said anything derogatory towards a uga fan. I was just pullin for the Tigers. The cop came up and told me that I needed to stop cursing and abusing uga fans and I told him that I wasn't.

So he tossed me. The uga fan hit me in the chest as I was being escorted out. The cop said if I wanted to press charges against the guy that he would take me to jail as well. The guy was a real jerk.

that was before the pic of his shooting of the birds....where he responded with...

I honestly don't remember doing that at all.

he had a couple of people defending him, saying they saw nothing obscene being done in the pics...until then. its actually quite entertaining.

thanks slink...i'll think about this thread to keep me warm during my softball game tonight.

I suspect a-l-c-o-h-o-l was involved - bigtime. :drink1:

Although, some fans can be a :punk: without any assistance.

Again, for either one of one us to say that our fans' level of dumbassery is in the same stratosphere with the LSU crowd is laughable.

I've seen this happen multiple times involving them. I remember seeing one get the ever loving sh*t beat out of him by the TPD at the '01 Alabama-LSU game. He was sitting among 'Bama fans and while being removed, he happened to knock the officer's hat off as he was flipping the crowd a few final middle fingers. Whoa. That cop threw him up against the concrete wall of the concourse like a rag doll.

I really can't wait to get them up here in November. The entertainment and free bourbon they bring makes up for just about everything else.

A breed apart :)

I have a hard time feeling remorse for UGA fans at times (I have a scar on my forehead due to a UGA student and a beer bottle......I was 12 at the time), but this guy deserved all he could get.

Very comical, SLink. Good stuff.

Not at 12.....plus, I never saw it coming. I was with my uncle, and I thought he was going to go to jail that night while I went to the ER. Luckily, an older UGA fan grabbed him and called for an officer who was nearby.

laughable? I was I had a camera for the guy I sat next to at the LSU-AU game. He was so obnoxious and gyrated so uncontrolably, he wound-up having his legs in-between the rails of the stairs after every AU first down. To no one's surprise, he left after Lafell gave us the go-ahead score. He certainly didn't fit the criteria you believe your fanbase follows. Neither did the near toothless lady "dancing" to the AU fight song during your bands entrance into the stadium. i damn-near cried it was so LAUGHABLE.

Wasn't it an AU fan who slashed the tires of thopse cars along campusafter the LSU game?

Btw, most every corndog was embarrassed for the way that guy acted. You guys treat it like we lauded the guy's actions.

Hey goober, an Alabama fan stabbed some AU fans a few years ago, and several Alabama fans have killed after a loss, or even close win (i.e. the LSU fan and his companion that got killed last year). That's what I was referencing as he compared AU and UA's fanbase.

And no, to my recollection, it wasn't an AU fan.

Btw, you're justified in laughing at that one fool. We're justified in being appalled at the 1000s of your fools.

After one of the LSU games... I think it was 98', we had lost and my roommate and I were in traffic leaving the stadium. Out of no where, 3 LSU fans came up to the car and starting cursing and bragging and all three of them started beating on the hood of his car. My roommate looked over at me, I gave him the "go ahead" nod, and he hit the gas! Thump thump thump! They looked like bowling pins being knocked to the ground. Needless to say, the hobbled off FAST and cursed us no more! LOL...... I felt sort of bad for them, but really we were stopped in traffic and when he hit them we were probably going about 2 or 3 miles an hour. We did get lots of cheers from other Auburn fans who saw the whole thing.

I would have kicked his rear myself...well before the cop showed up.

We must police our own.

As a frequent visitor to AU...you guys are not exactly choir boys yourself...but we all have our bad apples. I just like the atmosphere to remain family friendly and PG, especially at a dang baseball game.

While we rightfully concern ourselves with a few bad apples, LSU just swept us over the weekend. Looks like we will again fail to make the SEC tournament.

It amazes me how weak Auburn is in baseball. There's no excuse for it with Plainsman Park. That's the most aesthetic park in college baseball in my opinion.
