I lived in Mobile for years and for the most part thought it was a pretty laid back place to live. But then I am a pretty laid back person, so what do I know. Top 10 Most Stressful Cities 1. TrueBlue72 0 Posted April 26, 2004 Share Posted April 26, 2004 I got a good laugh out of that list!!!! I recently retired from Albany/Schenectady, NY and came back home to Alabama. I was "sentenced" there for two three-year terms, once back in the early 80's and once in Y2k. The first time, I had to leave the company to move back south; the second I had to retire!!!! They say its not stressful there..... low unemployment, right, everyone works for the state!!!! Lots of snow..... 100" for the 02/03 season; no stress there..... but summers are great there!!!! both weeks are wonderful....
