I guess the lure of easy money will cause good people to do incredibly stupid things. Just the thought that a $100,000 bet just before game time wouldn't raise any red flags is incredibly naive/stupid. We think SEC football is ridiculously competitive, and it is, but baseball so much tougher. There is no "breather" weekend. Oklahoma and Texas will just raise the bar in next year.

No double mid-week games, cuts down on opportunities to develop starting pitchers. Some tough early games with the Jacksonville round robin and a series with U Conn which has been a bit of beast the last couple of seasons.
