I may be wrong, but I believe the new 1 yr transfer rule is fixed. All players have the option to make a 1 time transfer and play on any team that will take him.

Is AUght2win really in the instant gratification group though? After years of waiting for some consistency with the previous regime I doubt many people expect an instant improvement with the new staff. Is it unreasonable to expect improvement on-the field as the season progressed? Is it unreasonable as a fan to hope we can keep the core of the offense for retention of leadership and experience? Is it unreasonable to expect solid recruiting from this staff at this point?

Yeah - this is a big deal no matter how you slice it, and it looks like poor roster management on the surface. Hopefully today isn't the first time BH has met with Tank after the regular season ended 2 weeks ago.

Is it odd that CBH hasn't already met with him before now? Maybe another coach already met with him and hashed out everything before today?

There was a poster on here that pretty much guaranteed that as long as Caddy was at Auburn, Tank would be at Auburn. I hope he was right. I would hate to lose the leadership & experience next season with our schedule.

The Supreme Court slapped the NCAA's down completely with this NIL ruling and basically rendered the governing body (NCAA) impotent in regulating NIL. I don't see how the NCAA can enforce their own arbitrary rules. Institutions came up with their interpretation of NIL and they're operating under their own system now.

He wanted the Auburn fanbase to know that he was hurt when he was treated poorly in JHS and the crowd cheered for TJ in the GaState game, that really hurt his feelings. He did what he had to do to get the love and attention he wanted from the Auburn faithful, he wanted the fans to show appreciation on the twitters.

But we always seems to get on board much later than other programs. i.e. Finally building football only facility, many years after our main rivals already had theirs.

It's a new day & CBH is ready to turn things around. Beating the stuffing out of Houston in this bowl will be important in finishing off the season in a positive way.

I think Harsin had 100% control of his staff. He's a straight forward coach with a driven personality and he'd never allow others to treat him as a highly paid puppet.

I blame Danielson for freaking harping on Tank's play way too much in the broadcast & then he ragged on Mason's defensive play calling when uat drove the field 97 yds and scored their TD. I can't stand GD!

One player (Battle) knew unequivocally what his job was on that play and one player (Bigsby) didn't. No big deal because all Auburn had to do was stop them with that smothering defense.
