What was Holloway rated? BP needs an older , experienced guard. We can't rely on a True Freshman to save the day. We did that with Holloway this year.

Maybe BP will do something about it this off season. History says he won't. I guess it remains to be seen. What's frustrating is we didn't need elite guard play this year. Just mediocre- good. Even w/o CBM yesterday, if we get mediocre PG play we win by double digits

Pearl can get enuf players at AU to win a Natty. Esp with NIL and the portal. For some reason he is stubborn as a mule and refuses to upgrade the PG position. This is the 3rd yr in a row that a blind squirrel could see he needs to upgrade the PG and he just refuses to do it. Our PG's had more turnovers than points yesterday. I feel sorry for Aiden, his confidence is gone. Tre needs to be a safety on the football team .It's mind boggling. Cole can breakdown basketball with the best of them. There is a reason he has been screaming from the mountain tops for BP to get a PG.

Which makes me ask again. Has the program hit its ceiling with Pearl? We have got past the round of 32 a total of 1 time during his watch

I dont know why exactly but guard play or the lack there of is more magnified in the tourney vs the regular season.

BP seems to prefer smaller guard types. Can't remember him ever having a proto typical big, aggressive guard

Key is good, experienced guards

Nobody. I'm satisfied with just getting to the tourney and winning a game once in a blue moon. Even if we get beat by a Saturday morning, knee brace wearing rec league team . As long as we are revelant , I'm good.

It's not a matter if who's better. If AU is satisfied with only being revelant, then stay the course. If Pearl has hit his ceiling that's what we will have. That's my question. Do we only want to be revelant? Can BP get us past that? Legit Questions.

It's not a matter of not liking him. . What he did was selfish. Even if it was retaliation. We needed him to win. How can we count on him next yr if he loses his cool so easily. It's been building the last 3 or 4 games.
