Considering Kenny Rodgers flip-flopping, and being investigated for NFLPA issues, his credibility is shot. He also mentioned that the wording in the NCAAs statement that "solicitation for extra benefits constitutes an infraction" concerned him. He said that would mean the NCAA was expanding the original by-law that states that only the "agreement of extra benefits" (paraphrasing) are an infraction.
