around4ever 4,139 Posted January 30, 2011 Share Posted January 30, 2011 Here you go. Here the insructions on how to get texts from AE. You should wait until early Wed. morning or late Tue. night to set it up. Then you can turn it off after NSD so you don't continue getting the texts, unless you want to get the updates. Just go to twitter.com and register an account. Once you have an account you can "follow" certain people so anything they post will show up on your news feed. AuburnEagle is the twitter name you need to follow. Once you are following AuburnEagle there is an option by the name you can select that will send everything they post directly to your phone as a text message. Your phone has to be set up to recieve these though, so first you have to send the word "GO" to 40404. You should recieve a message saying this worked. Then click the button by their name to send them to your phone. ST always tweets the LOIs as they come in. To stop receiving the texts simply yext the word STOP to the same number.
