Totally agree. I am totally for the dealth penalty, but this case seemed purely circumstantial. I would hate to be sent to dealth based on this evidence. I think he was guilty, however, there was no real hard proof. Oh well...

California has executed about 10 people in the last 25 years. I'll be surprised if the penalty is ever actually enforced on SP.

Yeah I am pro death penalty. But it would have been hard for me to even find the guy guilty. While I think he was guilty..there was reasonable doubt. This is the same state that found OJ innocent though....sigh....

Media wanted to make this case sexy. They got what they wanted.

peterson's dumb actions after the mess hit the fan contributed to his guilty verdict as much as anything else did, IMO.
