Baseball vs Tennessee series

This is gonna be hard for me to update live. I don't have permission to view it via statbroadcast and I'm listening to Auburn softball currently. Will do my best.

It's 2-0 Tennessee in the B2nd.

Auburn went 1-2-3 in the top of the 1st. Rambusch and Howell grounded out and DiChiara struck out.

Mullins went 1-2-3 in the bottom of the 1st with 1 k.

Auburn got a 2 out double by Carlson but nothing else in the top of the 2nd.

Single, walk, and a throwing error by Mullins gave TN 1 of their runs. Sac fly gave another. And a fielder's choice to Rambusch who goes home to get the out.

An injury (felt discomfort) and Mullins goes 1.2 innings and is out.

Sheehan coming in to try to get out of this mess and keep it close.

Mullins is injured. This could be bad bad bad. He may have Tommy Johns in his near future. He's got the tingling pain in his throwing arm. I feel awful for him.

LaRue leads off with a single! Been impressed the last couple of series with how far he's come at the plate.

GREAT at bat from Foster as he goes down 0-2 before taking 4 straight balls! Runners on 1st and 2nd with 0 outs for the top of the lineup!

Lets get those runs back!

He's hitting better because he's playing more. He's become the primary catcher and he's doing a fantastic job.

Ugh! Howell strikes out.

A battle but DiChiara also strikes out. You can't have that from your 2 and 3 hitters.

AWFUL clutch hitting. Peirce strikes out on 3 pitches.

Bases loaded, zero outs and we can't put the ball in play one time.

That Vols pitcher reminds me of Casey Mize......he's almost unhittable. Auburn will just have to try and keep it close and hope to wear him down in the later innings.

Foster fouls out. Man more runners in scoring position that we can't bring home.
