ChattanoogaTiger 0 Posted October 3, 2004 Share Posted October 3, 2004 I attended the game and tailgaited with Tennessee fans. Tailgaiting in Knoxville is very different from Auburn. The whole atmosphere is carnival like rather than a football game I sat in section B with AU and TN fans. The noise on Auburns first 2 drives was incredible. The Auburn students were also very loud when Tennessee had the ball and the band was awsome. By the mid 3rd quarter Tennessee fans were leaving and the only noise was by Auburn fans This was by far my best visit to Neyland stadium and the Tennessee fans were very polite and concilitory after the game. I talked to several on the long walk back to the car and commented that we might meet again in the championship game and they commented "I hope not" Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
