She has never paid child support or even sent him a birthday card. She is now trying to take him from me. She is a trust fund baby and has MILLIONS behind her. My son doesn't want to go live with her. I have her beat if I can get a lawyer, but without a lawyer he will have to go live with her. It will rip him from the only family he has ever known, and take him away from his 9 year old sister who worships the ground he walks on. PLEASE help if you can. The state of Alabama has very little resources for low income people who need an attorney.
