Coach....like the overview of the younger players...I mentioned this earlier in another post, but for the bowl game I would hope the coaches would play Willis, Gatewood and the other QB they signed in August to give them some experience but also get an idea who can play; especially is Kelly decides to come to Auburn...treat it like a NFL pre-season game with the QB's...give JS one series and bring the young QB in...

I had mentioned earlier on this site that for us to have a chance there were several things we had to do...1. when we reached the 'red zone' we must score TD's. 2. No dropped passes 3. Rush for at least 75 yards 4. No to only a few missed tackles 5. no turnovers....Number 1, 2, 3, and 4 were big fat No's....for us to beat 'Bama, we must be able to accomplish the 5 points.

It was stated earlier....but coach, appreciate your thoughts and opinions...I look forward to reading yours over any of those 'talking heads' that get paid...can't wait to read your response after our victory on Saturday!!!!!

I feel the same way about Willis...he reminds me too much of JFIII....he always wants to keep the ball instead of following his keys and hand it off to the back; which he did on the safety....even when he ran his only play vs. bama last year, he came in and kept it for a loss.... Not really confident with our back-up QB situation....JS better stay healthy...

Coach..or does anyone know....did Chip coach against Washington when he was at ASU????

Are we sure he's only a high school senior???? There was no one at Auburn in the early 1970's that look as matured as Justin....welcome to Auburn and have a great senior year...

Any new coach at the university in the state where a top recruit lives is going to make a call....the new coach at FSU will do the same... I think JG is a full AU TIGER...best to him and his mates this week in the state 7A finals v. Venice...

Regardless what happens with bama...if they happened to win it all, they still aren't champs in the state of Alabama....WDE

A good win, BUT we were too sloppy with the ball, which lead to too many TO's.....and too many crazy, wild shots.....don't know much about the game, but what I do know is when we passed the ball around and worked from inside to out we were more successful scoring....thank goodness OU was terrible shooting last night because with any success they would have won going away.... Against a good team we must cutdown on our TO's and rebound much better...have Georgia coming up in a week, we better become more forceful on the offensive boards, or we'll start the league off at 0-1...

At the end of the game when we didn't have anymore TO's, after we took the lead on the made extra points we allowed them to get the ball in with very little pressure (we were scrambling after the basket). Since we didn't have a TO to set up some type of full court defense (which created a ton of problems for BC) I though we should have had a sub at the table in case the ball went it (which it did) that would have allowed us to set our full court defense up...they got it in and down the court with very little pressure from us....just thought we were not prepared and it allowed them to win the game (BC is not very good....)

Time to bring back Coach Lorendo as our OC.....

I know Penn State didn't shead a tear when he left.....

They play Daytona Mainland on Friday night...a very good team that hammered them last year...we'll see if they can do better this year..
