This will be our first Auburn game since the season opener in 2009. I'm excited to be back in the area and take my girls to Tiger Walk and hopefully roll Toomers after. Has a theme been announced... orange, white, blue etc. ?

I'm no expert, but I have a little bit of recent Baylor experience. My son played for Rhule and Aranda. I've said it before, I like Rhule as a candidate at AU. Baylor was a hotter, stinkier dumpster fire than AU when he took over. He could absolutely turn the program around... but it might take three years before we see double digit wins, SEC championships and playoffs. Could we be that patient? Probably not. Aranda is a weird, introverted, and extremely intelligent dude. I think he is a great head coach, but he's a different kind of guy. He has built on Rhule's success and made Baylor into a legit top 25 program. I pause here for emphasis.... there is no way he is leaving Baylor for Auburn. If he had any plans of leaving Baylor, he would have taken the USC job when offered.

If Matt Rhule gets fired, we should immediately make an offer. He and the guys in his tree are much better suited for college.

Even with Freeze, Gus would've held on to the play calling. Wouldn't have mattered a bit.

Folks can talk all they want about Janari and Walker, but KD is just as impressive. Maybe more in clutch situations.

Tonight was my first AEW experience. Good show all around. Even the ladies seemed faster, more fluid, and less choreographed than WWE.

Sipping a Big Bad Baptist right now. I think this is every bit as good as BCBS. The cocoa nibs are getting louder as it warms up. Definitely recommend. I don’t know how rare it is, but this was the first time I’ve ever seen it. I’ll be going back for another bottle next week.

Minnows, salmon eggs, meal worms, and various Berkeley and Gulp products replicating them. Our trout are stocked by the state as well. I fish for them in a creek, but I'm sure they bite the same stuff in a pond. I've had the best luck with a floating powerbait about 18inches off the bottom. Use small hooks and light line (or snell). No need to set the hook. When they grab it, start reeling.

I spent a week in Indian Pass this Summer (right down the beach from Salty). The kids and I had a blast catching whiting when the catfish didn't get the bait first. It's trout season in Oklahoma, so they are my main target right now. Trout never crossed my mind when I lived in the south, but they have become one of my favorite fish. You can't beat a tasty fish that literally takes seconds to clean.

Slightly off topic, but I just heard Rod and Stan cite @StatTiger on the Tailgate Show. That's big time Stat. Congratulations, and War Eagle!
