Hard to believe this throwback compared to now

Don't disagree. That's definitely what they need. And to just shut up and focus on themselves. I also think IWC is taking everything too seriously and criticizing everything solely on tribalism. Not saying criticism isn't needed but majority is just continuing with old jabs. But when the companies are going back and forth themselves, it just continues the angst in the fanbases.

I think it is in the conversation, but it also depends how people view what a great match is. I think from pure "in ring wrestling" it is hard to top. It had the emotions and drama within the ring. The major element missing to call it the greatest ever was missing the drama of a long feud that has a payoff. But they did the best they could with it (even built it a little in a month). Very close to having it all but regardless, it was the best match I have personally seen. I didn't see some of the early WWF stuff. I got into wrestling later.

Johnny is building credibility as a head coach and it's starting to pay off in the talent getting on board. Love it.

Another disappointing finish in postseason after a solid year. We were the 3 seed and lost to the 6 seed. Really wanted to get back to winning the Natty in this sport.

Agreed on the guard play and factoredthat into my optimism, because I already like what we have done there to improve. JP can be relied on because he has already done it in the tourney himself. He will be a better distributer than anyone we had last year. Denver SHOULD be more like his end of year role. Obviously Tahaad hasn't played a collegiate game yet so we will have to see, but shooters shoot. He's one of the best high school shooters coming in. So we will just have to see but I think we will be improved there. Jaylin will be the biggest hole to fill by far. I can see Bruce expanding Broome minutes to play more 4 while Cardwell is at 5 to fill that gap somewhat. Hard to replace him fully for sure.

Looking at this roster, with so many contributers coming back or upgrading the position, and with all the senior leadership returning, that has to weigh heavily on the opportunity to get a collegiate championship. We should have been there this year. I hope he returns. When it seems like we are always 1 piece away, him staying would fill that piece this year. Typically we will lose that guy a year too soon. Dylan coming back was the bigger surprise to me and now I'm salivating at what can happen if Broome returns.

His usage would have to increase, and it should increase. He is the best back on the team. He won't stay if only getting what he got last year.

Would it be better for Steven to go get some HC experience after this (hopefully) championship season? Or better to stay under Bruce as a line of succession? If he has 4-6 years to be a Head Coach, does that make it easier to hire him full time after Bruce retires? But what other school wants to be the steppingstone program knowing he will bolt for Auburn afterwards?
