Reports: Sweden and Finland Agree to Apply for NATO Membership at the Same Time In a way, Putin and China are like the Big 10 and PAC 12 — protecting their conferences. Making sure they don’t get poached. They know deep inside their teams want to play in the SEC so they must intimidate those teams to stop them. Eastern Europe and Baltics is sort of like the ACC, they’re good by themselves and even made past deals with the Big 10 and PAC 12, but now know they can become weak and unstable like the Big 12 or even worse — the AAC. Now they’re flirting to move to a revenue-rich and stable SEC. This threatens the Big 10 even more. The Big 10 believes the ACC geographical footprint is too close to their boundaries and will impact their ESPN/TV revenues if the ACC teams move to the SEC. The Big 10 and the PAC 12 strengthen their uneasy alliance to stop this trend. If SEC gets FSU, Miami, and Clemson, what’s to stop them from getting Michigan and Ohio State? And if they get them, they can get USC, UCLA, and Oregon. And then Notre Dame, the mighty prize, will fall to the SEC. At this point, the SEC can start their own league and every team will be begging to join. ESPN (the banks) will pull most of their money and invest in the new league. The Big 10 and the PAC 12 will be hollow conferences holding no real power — empty shells of their former powerful conferences. They have to stop the expansion of the west… I mean… the SEC at all costs. As the Big 10 moves against the SEC, this only pushes the ACC teams to want to join the SEC before it’s too late. If they hold back now, they’ll be the teams outside begging to join the SEC while being forced to join the Big 10/PAC 12 conference alliance. Let’s just hope the Big 10 doesn’t push the nuclear button. 🧐

Auburn will not fire Harsin because of what former or current players/coaches are saying. This isn’t a Twitter matter. It’s not about who’s being soft or who has had their feelings hurt. The investigation is zeroed on something else and that will determine whether he stays or not.
