UMass gave up 7 sacks to Tennessee
UT did have a couple of good d-linemen.

I think it just might end differently. It’s April so things can change.
Would love for you to be right.

Hope this plays out better than it has in the past. When we get the 3 star and the 4 and 5 stars go to another school. Seen that movie before to many times and I don't like the ending.

Urban legend says so who knows for 100% only Bo knows!!!!!!!! sorry couldn't help myself
https://www.sbnation.com/college-football/2018/3/3/17075960/bo-jackson-40-yard-dash-record-4-1-3
Jackson recalls that it was an electronically-timed 4.13 during what would or could be considered a regional combine or expanded pro day that Auburn hosted. According to Jackson, numerous prospects from several colleges attended. He said that it took place in the indoor bubble at Auburn, there was electronic tape at the start that triggered the clock, and that there was a laser at the finish line of the 40-yard dash.
“The coaches asked me, they said, ‘Bo, we have a bunch of pro scouts here, and it’s 40-yard dash time, they’re having a little combine, why don’t you come in and run a 40 for them, because they really came here in hopes to get you to run a 40 for them,’” Jackson recalled. “‘I’m on my way to track practice, I’ll be running for the next two hours.’ ‘Just come in and appease these people, just come in and run 40 for them.’”
Jackson had sprinter training but there you have it from the horse’s mouth. He says he ran a legit 4.13, and you’ll be hard-pressed to find a football player who can top that.
From everything I've read about Bo, he is very competitive and if he was running a race against another person he was not going to be beat, he could run as fast as he had to win. Lets just say that Bo was damn fast.

You can. Hold down the button that is for "likes" until it pops up with a big group of different likes, laughs, facepalms and more
I tried, still only let me select one. Maybe doing it wrong.

I got what he was saying. Before CCL got here our screen game basically consisted of the QB rocketing it out to the WR and Duke Williams was somewhere on the ground pretending to block 2 guys at one time
Wish we could do more than a like, I wanted to laugh at this and like it at the same time.

FWIW, Cannella got open a lot early. Just had the dropsies. Could've been a temporary condition.
Anyway, there is more to the Whitlow hype than his size.
And there is more to Shivers than his size.
I hope your right on all counts.

Hey the no blocker screen was pre-CCL. Now our screen game is deadly (when we don't make it obvious) -- Ryan Davis made a living off of the screen this past season
Maybe I' am remembering wrong, but I thought our best screen plays were with the linemen pulling out to block. So maybe y'all are talking about two different plays.

Looks like Johnson and Taylor to me. Still hope for a surprise like Walker but it's a long shot I know.

I'm sure the machine will have recalibrated by next December and ENSD ($1 to @ellitor) will be crazy.
I hope not, there was getting to be way to much hype around recruiting. I enjoy following recruiting but I can live without all the dog and pony shows on NSD.

if Auburn does less I'l be bitterly disappointed in my Alma mater
Come on Mikey, I know you don't like to say anything negative about coaches, but it will be the coaches doing this and not Auburn. Lets not blame the entire University.

No. there will be a lot of summer workouts and then pre-season camp before Labor Day. They will know all they need to know by then. Let's hope it 's positive knowledge.
Sorry if I offended you, it was just a joke because Gus seems to take 3 or 4 games to figure his teams out. I like you hope that HJ will work out and everything will be positive.

The coaches will know what's possible with Joiner by Labor Day.
Did they move Labor Day?

I knew all along that it would take a giant screw up to not get Bo. Glad he finally committed.

Nothing against either Joiner or Smoke, but I hope we stick with the two 4* RB's we have signed and get help at O-line, LB and CB. There are only about four slots left. I don't see using one of those on a third RB.
I'm ok with just taking the 2 RB's and taking more O-linemen. But if we can't get them and have room , I'm also ok with taking Smoke or Joiner. I consider Joiner a Tight End more than RB, so I think I would rather have Smoke as the RB.

Think I would settle for the #1 rb in the state.
Now we don't need to be settling for just the #1 in the state when we could get the #1 in the country and the #1 in the state. Come on man we are freaking RBU. ha ha

But...we do have a top RB.
Yes we do, Asa is a really good back, I should have said elite and I hope Asa will turn out to be elite. Just talking about getting the #1 or 2 rated RB in the country. But they don't always pan out either, you never know about these things, we may have the best right now.
-
Man am I glad to get this kid, just love that speed.
-
I say sign the kid give him a shot at RB and if it doesn't work move him to TE. What I don't understand is why we can't get the top RB's. Is it our recruiters or do we just not do a good job of evaluating them. Lets face it we ain't got no Bo Jackson's on the team, so give him a shot.
-
If we get AS, Kodi will have had a great year landing some top prospects. Kodi gets bashed a lot but it looks to me like he is becoming a better coach and recruiter.

Kirby proved this class he is a elite recruiter
Bowl cut learned all of sabans tricks and is putting them in to action. He may also have a bagman, who knows how he is doing it, we will know how if we see any of them driving new dodge chargers.
