  1. 19 under Bobo and 20 under whoever replaced him. I said above NCM was ranked 1 by one service, he was actually #1 in 247 composite rankings at one point...
  2. I don't like starting rumors and I'm not a doctor, but if you look at the pic of Norvell at KJ's in-home visit, he does not look well. He may be 135lbs soaking wet. I'm thinking he will announce right after ESD that he needs to step away from football to deal with both his mental and physical well-being. It could just be all stress related from not having a real conference or from being the only undefeated power 5 conference champion in 20 years to get left out of the playoff. Who knows? BTW, I'm only half kidding. Unless you are a horse jockey or a college cross country runner, men shouldn't be that tiny. That boy needs to discover gravy.
  3. I looked back at Nate Craig Meyers. At one point in his HS career he was the number 1 receiver in the nation according to one service. He spent 6 years in college because of Covid. In 6 years he accumulated just 875 receiving yards and 5 TDs. It is mind-numbing really. Remember he followed Gus to UCF. I think he played somewhere else as well.
  4. BTW, Coach Corn will be returning to JHS in '24. He is the Lobo's WR coach after rehabbing as an analyst at bammer.
  5. I think you are correct on Slayton and that fact is exhibit A to how bad we have recruited that position. Coaching was part of the problem as it relates to WRs, but I looked recently and posted here the stats of the WRs that have transferred away from AU and none of them, with the exception of Kobe Hudson, are putting up numbers i.e. a system change and a coaching change didn't change the on the field results.
  6. IDK, I like us being able to compete on a level playing field. As soon as a cap is imposed there will be those that honor the cap and those that will not. I'm afraid that would be bad for AU.
  7. People that are panicking about not bringing in a portal QB are unaware that we are switching to the triple option next year with PT at the trigger. Please don't tell anyone outside of this board. It really needs to stay a secret.
  8. Love our FT % the last 2 games. The more I see TD play, the more I like his game.
  9. Fast forward a few years, while searching your house they find you possess a gas stove, a 65 Pontiac and a toilet that holds 1.5 liters of water....
  10. NY doesn't have enough jail space to house violet offenders yet the prosecutors are going after a process crime....
  11. He had a sign from God, and his momma had a check from the REC who think they are gods.
  12. I think we should continue to help Ukraine to an extent but we must as you said stop the siege from our south. I'm sure there are many really good folks just trying to make a better life for their family, but there are also a bunch of scoundrels. We need to be able to accurately sort them out. Both parties also have to quit spending money like we do. The deficit, long term, simply isn't sustainable, and we have too many in congress who know they will not be around when the debt collector comes calling.
  13. The article says Russia has 360,000 active members including contract and conscript personnel... I see earlier estimates online of 900,000....
  14. The fed says no more rate hikes and 3 potential cuts in 24.... and the market jumps. Amazing how much influence the fed has.
  15. Not sure what to think about him. 4 star out of high school outside of NOLA. Only P5 offers were Louisville and State. Liberty also offered him. He did get over 100 and a TD against us this year. He had another TD against us but his foot came down out of bounds.
  16. So, I looked at CHF's first years at UM, LU and AU to see how often his 1st year starting QBs threw the ball per game and overall. In year 1 at OM, Bo Wallace was his QB. Wallace was a sophomore. In year 1 at LU, Stephen Calvert was his QB. Calvert was a junior. Overall and by game, these 2 QBs had many more passing attempts than Thorne. This was particularly true with respect to Calvert even though his completion % was just 57%. Wallace had 1 game where he attempted 20 or fewer passes and 5 where he attempted 30 or more. Calvert had 1 game where he attempted 20 or fewer passes and 10 where he attempted 30 or more. Thorne had 8 games where he attempted 20 or fewer passes and 1 where he attempted 30 or more. OM LU AU 20/24. 20/39. 10/17 15/22. 21/37. 9/14 13/24. 23/30. 24/32 7/16. 10/16. 6/12 15/26. 24/36 10/19 20/34. 16/31 12/23 17/22 23/35 9/13 29/37 17/31 20/26 16/25 20/27 17/27 31/49 27/45 12/20 15/35 16/40 15/19 15/22 16/29 5/16 22/32 16/35 235/368 257/452. 149/238 64% 57% 63% Backing out the final bowl game, Wallace had 41% more throws than Thorne and Calvert had 75% more.
  17. He sent me a pic of her baby bump.... I don't think it is a case of lack of awareness on his part as much as it is a case of wishful thinkingšŸ˜€
  18. I'm guessing Dolson is their AD? AD Cohen was there and sat court side near the team. Our band, dance team and cheer leaders really did make a difference IMO. And bringing the wheelchair team was a very nice touch. IU fans have a lot to be worried about....

    It is an awesome weapon.
  20. Wow. Just flipping channels and came across this crap. These boys need them some Jesus, now. Every other word is F this, F that. It is really shocking that the brass allowed this to be taped. Their little sawed-off 5'9" 130 head coach is the leader of the pack. It is really hard to describe.... Maybe it is why they got waxed yesterday.
