  1. I see where he declared for the draft but won't hire an agent. He is not in the transfer portal. Did he indicate that he would transfer if he returned to school?
  2. Now that Kessler is leaving, Auburn has to go hard after Manny Harris the 6'10" Center from NC State that entered the portal. He is stronger and more athletic than Kessler and is also a rim protector. He played in one game this season injured his shoulder and had season ending surgery. I think he has 2 years of eligibility left. He will be an excellent replacement.
  3. Do you know what two transfers that have set visits and what ACC big man is Auburn interested in?
  4. If Sears wants to come, I think Auburn would take him. He shoots better than every guard that is currently on the roster. The current guards were terrible from three this current season. You can put different line ups on the floor and cause mismatches for other teams. On the defensive side, you may out matched a few possessions, but I'll take that risk.
  5. With the Flex offense Auburn runs, you can play multiple point guards. In the Flex offense, define positions really don't matter.
  6. I think he plays on ESPNU at 6 eastern. Its the Geico Nationals Tournament for high school teams. A few players are committing today during their game.
  7. He's referring to Cook on the men's team put his name in the transfer portal as a graduate transfer. Not an actual cookout.😂
  8. Well deserved young men.👏🏾 I expect Jabari Smith to declare for the NBA within the coming weeks. I wonder if there is anything chance that Walker Kessler stays another season?
  9. Yes, his brother plays at TCU. I wonder will that give them an edge?
  10. Not surprised. Moore is to small to play the 4 and he doesn't have the skill set to play the 2 and 3 position. I believe Auburn is about to pull from the portal.
  11. For some reason I feel like Kessler will be back next season.
  12. Do we have a serious chance? I keep seeing people say Texas Tech. He would be a great replacement for Smith.
  13. The SEC is a very good league. Once you get to the NCAA Tournament, it is all about making shots and coaching. Also, you must have heart. How bad do you want it? LSU lost because their minds seem to be someone else. I never seen them play that bad. Alabama was inconsistent all season. Tennessee had a cold shooting night and Kentucky could not make in game adjustments.
  14. Looks like there may be some truth to his prediction.
  15. We haven't seen him play all season long. How do you know he improved?
  16. We will need two big men with Kessler and Smith leaving. I'm still hoping Kessler come back for one more season.
  17. Do we have a real shot with Jelanie Hamilton a 6'5" guard out of the Atlanta area? I see where Auburn offered. He is going under the radar now, but I think other schools are noticing him now. Auburn got in early. I am worried that Wake Forest is our biggest threat when it comes to Aden Holloway. He's a very good point guard that is a sharp shooter. With him and JaKobe Walter, teams would not crowd the paint because they can both shoot so good.
  18. Does anyone thinks Kessler returns next season? Or is he gone for sure? We will have to hit the portal for a PF for sure, but may also need a C. I would think Flanagan will return. I think his stock has dropped.
  19. I'm hoping we get Kessler for another season.
  20. Yeah, he never really developed. LSU has top tier athletes but the skill level is average. Wade seems to recruit players that are really athletic but struggles to pass and shoot. You can't out athlete everyone especially in the SEC. Kentucky continues to be successful because they recruit players that are really athletic but also very skilled. LSU post players footwork around the rim is not that good. There offense is like playing pick up recreational basketball. No offensive structure and a lot of hero ball or one on one.
  21. I was thinking the same thing. I was hoping we get Yohan. To me LSU recruits more raw athletes than skill players. They rely on their defense creating turnovers to score. That formula will only take you so far and that's why they struggle against good defensive teams. We need a skill big man or two for next season with more than likely Smith and Kessler leaving for the NBA. Cardwell, Moore and Stretch are not starters and are very limited offensively. The guard play will be even better next season adding the two freshman guard and wing player.
