STANDING OVATION FOR THIS POST!!! FINALLY... Someone here that gets it. I figure most of the "contributors" on here, have never stepped on a football field. Never thrown up on a FB Field, never passed out or had a broken bone etc. Parity is here in College Football. But no matter who has the headset on, there are 100 plus players in this program that have to be "re-interviewed" for the annual scholly/gray/walk-on etc. High School recruiting is important, but the Transfer Portal is now EXTREMELY CRITICAL for the near future. The need is for players that can help immediately. It has to be to a Natiowide search, I was told by one of the Aubie Board Know-it-alls that the Auburn Philosophy is to recruit Alabama/Georgia/Florida. SMH... narrow minded.

Facts are Gus's abysmal record on the road in the SEC, which seems to be looked over in your posts. Also, games against equivalent national programs over his time at Auburn. His "Offensive" magic had disappeared. UCF will find out soon enough.

UCF has that same hope.. and if you watch close enough, you will see Gus 2. Bad Gus. Bryan Harsin hasn't had near the amount of time that Gus had at Auburn. The program was crashing when Harsin stepped in, It has now crashed. There was no stopping it. I made several posts on Tapatalk site about this. Some could argue that Kevin Steele should have been retained. Me, I hated losing Rodney Garner. Great D-Line Coach, even better Recruiter. If I were BH , I would have retained both. That is on BH. Everything should be evaluated after the season is over.

This ship has been slowly sinking long before this Coaching Staff ever arrived. The Welcome Wagon to the middle to back of the SEC West visited 4/5 years ago. The Ugly UGA losses, Tennessee recently at home, horrible road record, Bowl Losses. Auburn has NEVER matched up well with Big 10 Teams. What's the record over the years vs Wisconsin, Penn State, Minnesota, Northwestern and other large programs as well, USC, Clemson, Florida St and UCF.
