AuburnNTexas 7,167 Posted July 5, 2012 Share Posted July 5, 2012 We have signed 6 so far this year and I know we are looking at trying to sign one more big man. That will mean we have between 6 and 7 Freshman in this class. Division 1 can have up to 13 on Scholarships. How many under classmen will return next year and who are they? How many scholarships will we then have left? Normally you want your scholarships spread out fairly evenly over all 4 years so that when a single class graduates you are not decimated. With the huge numbers we have signed in this years class it would seem like in about 4 years we will be decimated. We could probably use Red Shirts to alleviate this to an extent, If you think that we will use Red Shirts over next two classes to spread out damage who do you think will be Red Shirted next year?
