About damn time we tell them no to making us wear the blues on the road

They cannot make us wear our blue jersey. NCAA rules state that if the home team wants to wear any jersey other than its colored jersey, both team have to agree to that in writing before the season begins.

Ah, thanks! Well why would we allow them to wear whites then?

Jeremy Johnson will be wearing an orange, no-contact jersey. It's all part of Gus' master plan.

I was just thinking the same thing. Except I was thinking this is finally a good time to wear orange jerseys. LSU train all year NOT to hit the guy in the orange jersey. If the whole team is in orange, natural instinct may kick in a time or two and give us the extra second needed here and there to get by them.

So...I've always been against the orange jersey theory...and I've finally come up with a good enough reason to say give it a shot! Then the whole team is in no contact jerseys!

Sorry to disappoint you but LSU wears green as a non- contact Jersey. Good try with the orange.

GREEN JERSEYS IT IS!

Works for me! Haha.

They used to wear white at home before NCAA mandated that white was the away jersey. I don't mind it. I see no reason to say no to that request.

I wouldn't let them. Anything to knock them off of their routine is good in my book.

I don't see any reason to not honor their request either. lsu gets permission from the SEC every year and from their opponents that year to do this. It's not a big deal.

The only reason I can see to not honor their request is that it's a day game and going to be 93 degrees (or hotter) at game time. The white jerseys reflect heat while the dark colored ones absorb heat. This provides an advantage to the team in white, however slight it may be.

Then AU should come out for kickoff wearing orange jerseys.

If AU had not played like trash in the previous 2 games, I'd be for it. I'd like to see an orange jersey game. Think Under Armour is pushing for it.
