Question; what are the "best case scenario's" assumptions for immediate, massive actions to limit emissions? The "optimistic scenario's" assumptions? Given the penchant of humans to not sacrifice their personal comfort for the greater good, in your opinion, how likely will these scenarios be implemented? It is interesting to note that the world population started to increase rapidly starting about the same time as the recent increase in temps.
