An infield pop up falls in between 3 SEC players who have played baseball since they could walk. Shaking my head.

Rain falling hard.  Game will probably be stopped shortly by the looks of it...

But not before Burns walks another after getting ahead 0-2.

Bases loaded, no outs, and it's gotta be demoralizing for Auburn to start a weekend where it's beginning to look like by the third inning this game will no longer be competitive

Too much rain for this game to be continued....TB not able to grip the ball …..let a K get away and then a WP to allow a run to score.../

Ball to deep RF.  3-0 Vanderbilt.  1 out. Runner on third.

Burns already over 40 pitches through 1.1 innings pitched.

It will be stopped after this half inning so we don't get the same advantage Vandy got from a wet ball and pitcher's hand.

I was thinking the same thing.

Ward fails to get the bunt down. But is hit by a pitch. Auburn has their bases loaded no outs situation. Let’s go!

Vandy coach gonna stall a bit waiting on rain to pick up and for umps to stop play.....bases loaded for AU and no outs and pitcher having problems...good chance for another HB or WP....in these conditions.

Bliss hits into a DP. Pitcher to home to off his helmet. Called out of the baseline. Two outs and runners on first and second

The first pitch would have hit Bliss if he wasn't bailing out.  I'm sorry but with bases loaded you take one for the team there.  Then he gets hit by the ball running inside the base line.  Two bad mistakes in one at bat.
