quietfan 233 Posted August 14, 2006 Share Posted August 14, 2006 Here's a variation on a recent theme that occured to me: There's been a lot of idle discussion of fantasy expansions/conference alignments around here, SEC & ACC. But suppose the Pac 10 wanted to expand and have a 12-team conference with a championship game. Who would you add to them? ...and how would you divide up the two divisions? ...Just a thought to kill some time while waiting for the next 17-18 days to pass. KunzelTiger 0 Posted August 14, 2006 Share Posted August 14, 2006 I think they would add Fresno and Boise St. personally...and divide up like so: The two divisions would be North: Washington, Washington St., Oregon, Oregon St., Fresno, Boise St. South: Arizona, Az St., USC, UCLA, Cal, Stanford Logically....but they'd do something more like: Pacific: USC, Wash, Wash St., Boise, Oregon, Oregon St. Coast: Arizona, Fresno, Az St, UCLA, Cal, Stanford. just to help the USC machine along.... I am not sure how they would ultimately decide on the final two. Each school coul be the right fit or not. Personally, I would take Boise St. and Utah. I would like to see Utah and Bosie State they would be competitive right out of the gate. I would divide the divisions the classic way North and South.
