AU-Dave 7 Posted October 1, 2006 Share Posted October 1, 2006 Went to my nephews pee wee football game today. Tommy was there watching one of his sons play. After the first game my nephew and his whole team descended on Tommy. I was very interested in the reaction and NOT to my suprise Tommy sat and signed helmet after tshirt after glove after football....yea you get it.. not to mention pulling every kid in close for more Kodak moments I have ever seen. So after the mob wore down I had my chance. So I went over stumbled over many words and asked for a picture. I sat down about a foot from him( not to crowd...I was already in shock) and smiled for the cam.. well he reaches one arm around me and pulls me across the bleacher closer to him and snap! a moment I will always remember..... sorry if I seem really starstruck ... its because I AM. I watched him the whole time, very very very humble man. I have been to Auburn and been forever changed. Now I have met Tommy and been forever changed.
