bojack34 2
Hartselle Family Plays the 'Bama Name Game September 1, 2007 NewsChannel 19's Barry Hiett Reports: Hannah Witt and her husband Tim have two young boys. It's a pretty safe bet after you read this story, you won't forget their names. Their oldest son is two-and-a-half year old Tyde. That's Tyde with a "y". And then there's five month old Saban. He's named after Bama Coach Nick Saban. Hannah loves her sons' names, but she admits some of her friends thought she and her husband were kidding at first with Tyde, and then later Saban. "Some of them thought we were crazy but some thought it was a neat name, they thought it was a nice name," Hannah says. Hannah picked out Tyde's name. Her husband, Tim, picked Saban's name. The proud parents make sure their boys wear Alabama gear during Crimson Tide games. "We always wear our Alabama attire whether we're at home, or at the game, or not." As for this year's version of the Crimson Tide, Hannah thinks Saban, the coach, will eventually lead Bama back to glory. "I think they'll do much better than they have in the past. I still don't think they'll turn around 100 percent in one year but I do think there will be improvement." And Crimson Tide supporters all over the state hope she's right, including two of Bama's youngest fans. they are everywhere
