Boeing squashed its own contract by not offering as good a product as Northrup-Grumman and Airbus did. And Boeing has enough other projects going with the government that the job losses there are not likely to be very much. On the other hand, the jobs being created in the Mobile area with Northrup will result in a net gain of American jobs.
