AUesquire 1 Posted March 2, 2004 Share Posted March 2, 2004 I was in court the other day and the Judge ordered one guy to go with the Court Referral Officer and get drug tested. When they came back in, he had tested positive and was arrested right there as this was a probation violation. They were searching him right there beside the attorney's table and I saw the Sheriff pull a small vial from his pants pocket. It was someone else's urine. He had an idea he was going to get tested that day and thought he could pour the urine in the cup and get a clean test. I was kidding the CRO later about how "closely" he has to watch them take the test. Needless to say, the guy is facing additional charges.
