Auhsv 0 Posted March 6, 2010 Share Posted March 6, 2010 This should be it. I've been supporting Lebo for the past three years. In reality, with the mess he inherited, this is his 4th year to me. However, a coach should have a team in his 4th year improving and we're not. Today, being embarassed by a poor uat team is the last straw. It's time to make a change. The problem with doing a coaching search is our President. Dr. Gogue insists that the searches be open and we can't talk to other coaches unless the school give us permission. At least that was the way when we hired CGC and we have no reason to believe this will be any different. That means no back door inquiries as to gauge a coach's interest. No way a coach can send a ssignal he may be interested. That means we probably won't get great up and coming coach because no one wants to appear they want to leave a good job.
