1. I believe it's difficult to compete in 13 games with half the player talent that we have against the top tier teams we competed against. We basically had half a team of blue chippers. If you are a good player, you can' t play the entire game as a one deep lineman or DB, you just get tired, I don't care how much conditioning you have, not to mention avoiding injury. We didn't have a full team this year and it changed the way we approached games. 2. The cupboard is bare. 2023-24 Recruiting will make it better for Auburn. Coach Freeze had to make a decision and went all out in recruiting. (No A&M comparisons please). He can coach and he will have his hand in the offense this Fall. 3. The team/program culture is changing, all were exposed, some received the change favorably, others didn't accept it. A coach's system takes time (1-3 years) to implement. 4. There will be some coaching changes in the coming week that isn't public yet, that reinforces the culture change. This is a total rebuild. 4. We didn't compete to our potential in at least 4 games this year, resulting in 4 losses. How do we rectify this? see 1-4 above. It's happening and we will be a lot better off this coming year than we were this past year. I think people don't realize how bad we really were when Potato was shown the door. WDE!

What I think is amazing about this Auburn recruiting class compared to ones in the last ten years is: --We didn't lose anyone committed to us on signing day. --The number of players we flipped along the way from rival SEC schools this year. --Not winning a flip from another school on signing day is a helluva lot easier to stomach because they were not ours to begin with. --Highest ranked class since 2015 **Still in play for Favour and Echols Let that sink in. Look at Saban's class rank his second year at Alabama. Compare that and we are ahead of schedule. We are on the right path! WDE!!

With NIL money involved, I'm sure these coaches will be calling them with offers until they sign. SO nothing tonight is a done deal.

Final AU offer wont be made by Freeze until tomorrow morning.

Boom! -
He has a state pension with Mississippi to consider losing if he goes to Auburn.
-
On another site, it's being reported by the guy who does the graphics for the players, that he's received requests from other players that want to transfer. It's getting bad and I hate it for my alma mater.

Webb cant keep the weight on and is thought he is joining the military. -
Reference my post earlier....and no I dont have an Auburn.com account

That's assuming Schmedding called he pays and not Mason
-
Mason left on January22, telling his players he's taking a break from coaching for a while. Surfaces at OK State for a pay cut one week later. Who does that? Could Mason have been the one that pulled the pin on the grenade leaving a parting gift that Harsin is in today? Harsin, while not firing him, was probably upset at the defense towards the end of the season. Connecting the dots it adds up. And that supported Proud Tiger's intel last night on Mason's assistant. Speculation on my part, no facts here, but could explain where we are today, especially with the potential racial references towards Harsin.

Harsin Replacements This article lists only Rhule and Steele as replacements
-
So we have an OC opening and this happens...something is definitely going on Bodie Reeder
-
Bodie Reeder will replace AD......
-
I am confident they will catch on and make them better. I think Coach Mason has already been exposed to this and is not as naïve as the fanbase is.

What does that exactly mean?
