It was a homecoming for Coach Harris and Savannah Scott. We will continue with this home and home series. I'll take the W, but SEC play will be a struggle. I'm hoping we do enough to qualify for the WNIT because I definitely don't see us making NCAAs.

Very close to 50/50, possibly 55/45 IU. The southern half of the state is only 7-8 hours from ATL. It was not an ungodly trip for them. Same with us having 25% of the crowd at Cal this year. Sometimes things like that shouldn't happen, but they do. Auburn was still well represented today.

The AUMB blew the Million Dollar Band out of the water. The Alabama fans next to me knew that and also seemed to be blown away by the atmosphere, especially in the 4th quarter. They knew we believed in our team and that our atmosphere was a force to be reckoned with. No need in wondering why they struggle so much when they play here.

Agreed. We won't jump out of the Pool of 6, but I'd still like that feather in our cap!

I'd prefer Jacksonville to Tampa. We are due a trip to the Gator.

Ride the Tiger Transit in from the Mall. It's free. It will take a while to get back to your car after the game though. That's just the nature of it these days whether you park on campus/in town or ride in.

People complain about early kicks. People would complain if it were a night game and cold. I'm very happy with this time slot.

The overtime win over Northwestern in the 2009 Outback Bowl was memorable for me. It was my last game in the AUMB. The band got to spend time on the beach and do a pep rally there, go to Busch Gardens. The Ybor City parade was nice, and then we capped off my final game with a win in typical crazy Auburn fashion.

U and V will be the "most Auburn" meaning officially in the AU section, but the whole stadium will have orange throughout.

The AUMB has done that show with the same formations in the past, but it was further back than last year. They typically rotate some of the same elements and songs around every few years because it's difficult to keep pumping out brand-new Military Appreciation Shows every year. That being said, I think it was wonderful too. I loved "God Bless the USA" to close it out. Great follow-up to the Metallica show. Our band is phenomenal.

We should have the majority of the fans in the stands so I hope Payton could get over his road woes. But, Cal wasn't exactly intimidating either...

Don't hate him, but I'm calling it like it is. The problems he had at Auburn are still going on now at UCF.

I would be shocked at this point if UCF gets to 6 wins.

I want to see some fight to defend Jordan-Hare today. Win or lose, UGA needs to know they had to go through Auburn.

I don't know about the upper level, but the lower level AU section should be in section 131.

One of the biggest things I'm looking for is are we "ready to play?" Win or lose, do the guys look prepared? So yes, I'm judging the coaching staff. Don't want more reminders of the type of preparedness we were all too familiar with under Gus.
