It's bad enough that either: 1. The game has gotten too fast and advanced for the officials, 2. They officials are just flat out bad, or 3. The focus on sports betting over the last 3-4 years has compromised the game in some ways. The optimist in me hopes for the first one and that it can be fixed with training or an additional official on the court.

This is like the 3rd straight off-season for Georgia with some major problems involving cars, alcohol, and reckless behavior. A coach can't control everything, but he can control people leaving HIS HOUSE and driving home drunk.

If she is completely fine and if the Bama AD pushed that narrative I default to what I said earlier in the thread. Mark Emmert is gone for one year and Saban retires. They're hiding something or covering something up if they're falsely pushing a sympathy angle for his retirement. I would hope that an AD wouldn't intentionally go that low, but you never know? A lot of ifs in that statement, but that would be some nasty depths.
