  1. If something this crazy happened, especially after the Saban news, you're gonna see some INSANE coaching contracts for the 4 or 5 coaches that Alabama and Georgia truly consider.
  2. Yeah, if that's the case, I'm praying for him through that situation. Watching a loved one deteriorate is rough.
  3. One year without Mark Emmert as NCAA president and he retires 🤷‍♂️
  4. As the title states, it is being reported that Saban is retiring. https://www.espn.com/college-football/story/_/id/39281202/alabama-crimson-tide-football-coach-nick-saban-retiring
  5. I'm at the game and can confidently say this is one of the worst officiated games I've seen in seasons
  6. Good player with a mouth about 3 sizes too big
  7. Burton is about to get absolutely roasted online 😂😂 talking about some "murder" when asked what he'll think when he steps on the field 🤣
  8. Appreciate it. I was watching them earlier but can't keep it on all day at work, unfortunately. I could, however, sneak away and watch some commitments for about 3 minutes at a time 😏
  9. There's a good chance I missed this somewhere in the thread, but is there anywhere other than instagram lives that we can watch commitments?
  10. My work day doesn't "officially" start until 9 anyway, so here we are!
  11. Still only about the 3rd most blatant case of the last 15 years that went untouched 🤣
  12. That would probably be the best close in the history of Auburn football, and the word probably just might be underselling it lol
  13. He said the quiet part out loud lol. There is zero confidence that Napier turns things around or survives the next couple of years.
  14. 8 would have been perfect from the beginning. 5 power 5 conference champs, the best of group of 5, then 2 at large
  15. And 2004 was crap as well, but to a bigger degree. 2 things can be wrong at once.
  16. Extend it to the NFL and see how stupid it sounds. The Chiefs win the AFC championship game, but Mahomes got hurt before half and the defense held on. But they're not the same team without Mahomes so the Bills get to move on by default. Sorry, try again next year.
  17. You know it was the wrong decision when ESPN puts out a headline article defending the committee and pushing some sob story crap about how it was so hard on them to leave out Florida State and how they deliberated until 2 in the morning. If they deliberated until 2 in the morning it was to talk themselves in to this being the right call. But congratulations, you put the final nail in the ACC coffin to make the worst possible decision. The committee went against EVERYTHING we've seen over 9 years. We have seen Ohio State win a title after Braxton Miller AND J.T Barrett got hurt. They were heavy underdogs. Cardale Jones played 1 game before the playoffs. We've seen the most deserving team get in over better teams when Cincinnati got the well deserved nod in 2021 despite the whole nation knowing they weren't going to beat Bama. Florida State absolutely should not back down on trashing the decision VERY publicly. They just got screwed.
  18. I only ever had 2 things against CBS games. The 2:30 kickoff was able to kill potentially insane atmospheres if they kicked at 7 instead, and the announcing. A 7pm kick with different announcers and CBS's actual coverage would be prime.
  19. Very solid chance that we have 3 starting freshmen receivers next year, which is wild to think about!
  20. Where are you seeing them and for how much? I saw where Auburn ticket office isn't selling them until tomorrow morning
