This is way way way off…You do know Ivy League schools have been playing football for long time, and still play today. I mean they could just scrap football altogether if they felt the way you are portraying them to be. They are fine in the space they are in as it relates to football as well as other athletic programs.

Look I can support a Deion hire but Johnson has a solid resume. In addition he has been a coordinator, QB coach and spent a time in the SEC. He has done some things Deion has not in the college game, but does not have the charisma or name power. I am not advocating for him over Deion but also not dismissing him either.

Has done a good job with Jalen Hurts as well, his mechanics, footwork and accuracy has improved greatly.

Deion at USF would be a bigger problem for UF, Miami, UCF, and FSU….and if he succeeds there he will land at a bigger school maybe FSU or another Power 5 school in the South. Not sure why we are arguing about Deion, hopefully Cohen has him on his list to talk to 🤷🏽‍♂️

And he had to close the deal and convince them to stay….even if he only tossed an Auburn hat their way, he still outperformed Kiffin. Ok, put it like this. Kiffin gonna have to recruit here, from the HC position. Also he is gonna have to do better here than what he has done at Ole Miss. Just can’t rely on the portal. So yeah if I am interviewing him, I want to know what his overall philosophy is on recruiting and how much effort he is gonna put into it. Also is he going to work 24/7 like Nick and Kirby…look he got a good offensive mind but that is only one piece of the pie we need a complete HC.

I was speaking on the last completed class….2022, not the current one. If Harsin was remotely trying I still think he would have beat out Kiffin.
