OUCH!!

I don't wish bad for any one. I hope MD enjoys the rest of his life. I feel like we kept him at least 1 year too long, possibly 2. Offensive recruiting seemed to get better over the years, but he just could not develop the girls from high school to college level hitters. I feel bad for the girls that this is their last year of eligibility. They have to suffer through the rest of this nightmare of a season with Dean.

Everyone please look at my paste above. I knew this would happen. This is the same joker that went "Out of his mind" & scored 29 Points on us. As soon as our game was over on Friday, I made the comment that #4 would not score more than 12 points the next game. He scored 9 flippin points yesterday. That's not Bruce's fault, that's not our defenders' fault, and it's not CBM's fault. It's just Auburn's dumb luck. And yes, if CBM would not have gotten thrown out, we may have even blown them out, even with #4 scoring 29. I was angry with CBM when it happened, just like probably everyone else on this forum. I'm not mad at him now. I forgive him for his youthful, hot headed mistake & just hope that his mistake & subsequent punishment of getting ejected from the most important game of his life, and knowing that he let his coach, his teammates, and his fans down will be a valuable learning experience in his life and he changes for the better. I hope he turns to God for patience & strength to do so.

I tell you what people. It really sux to be an Auburn Fan right now. Our Bball team just screwed the pooch & ruined the rest of our March. Our Softball Coach is clueless about offense & how to run a Softball Team & needs to be fired immediately! Our Baseball is 1-5 in the SEC (but I think they will improve vastly in the next few weeks.) The topic commanding all the attention right now on this forum is CBM & his attitude. Hopefully April will be a better month for AU Sports & us fans. We got the A-day game coming up, the transfer portal opening back up, the NFL Draft with hopefully several of our players getting drafted; again I believe our Baseball Team gets it together & goes on a winning streak. So I guess we suffer for a couple more weeks & see what April has in store. One very positive thing we can all celebrate: Christ Arose!!!!!!! In the meantime, War Eagle!! and keep the faith.

People started seeing how bad Dean sucks a couple of years ago & called for his firing. Me being one of them. I wish the PTB had listened & fired him last year. We have dug a huge hole for our entire softball program & don't see a quick fix for it now.

I would like to personally & publicly thank Mattie for sticking with this shipwreck of a team under Dean as long as she has. Imagine where our program would be without her on the mound, if we had to rely on Dean's pathetic lack of developing offense. Right now we are just trash, but without Mattie we would be Hot Garbage🔥

Moo State is built for the task of going to the Sweet 16. They play bully ball on defense & beat you to death if you come in the paint. If they play D like they have all year & can find some Consistent Offense, they could very well make it.

We need to give them the Intense Stare Down like the Notre Dame football team gave GA Tech in the movie Rudy. The we fixin to give you a beatdown stare!

Bama's coach coached in the panziest league for defense you could imagine. I am very anxious to see how his offense does in The Best League in college football week in and week out. I'm betting it will be a different story. Definitely not as easy to accumulate offensive stats.

2 Words; TENACITY & AGGRESSIVENESS. If we don't come out from the start of the game with these two mindsets (just like we did with UF in the SECCG this past Sunday) we will be setting ourselves up for very possible failure. Just think back to the NM State Football Game when everybody & their momma just thought we could walk on the field & game over with an easy W. How did that work out? Step on Yale's neck early & often & don't ever let up.

No, as I had stated in an earlier thread. I think that there are several components being left out of the formula bc of the timing of the League Tournaments ( eye test being one of them) So in conclusion I'm saying we have too few components that factor into the final bracket conclusion. Using the Quad system as the bulk of the consideration for seeding is what I strongly disagree with.

I get that, but just don't like it and don't agree with the process as a whole.

2 games that hurt us I feel were Indiana & Notre Dame (both being perennial NCAA Tourney teams for years) who happened to have off years this year. That's not our fault that they were not good teams this year, but we did schedule them. That's just bad luck as far as the (Quad ) debate goes.

I've been listening to Finebaum for many years now. He has always liked to stir the pot to the point of it being entertaining. And up until a year or two ago his show was alot about sports, with some (sports knowledgeable callers) mixed in. Now his show is very little about sports & now it is probably 80% loud mouthed, foul mouthed half drunk to completely drunk rednecks that like to call each other idiots and mo-rons (mostly Turd Fans). So his show has pretty much become trash compared to what it used to be & find myself changing the channel quite often. Having a guest like Johni on is a rarity now adays, but I'm glad he's getting exposure for himself & Auburn.

I think the whole system is o.k. during the regular season, but there is no consideration who is playing the best say the last 5 games. We are scorching hot right now winning our last few regular season games, and then pretty much dominating the SEC Tourney. If we are going to have an end of season tourney at all, then some consideration needs to go to how teams play in the tournament. The problem with that is that right now the tournaments run up until about 30 mins. before the bracket reveals, which literally means they have to be pre determined to a point before the league tournaments are completed. This SUX to me!!! Why can't the league Tourneys start a day earlier and end on the Saturday before the brackets are all complete so the committee has time to take all the factors available into consideration (including Quad 1 & 2 wins, league records, non conference opponents, strength of schedule, and who is the hottest teams going into the tourney). If this system or one similar to it was in place we might have even gotten a high 3 seed or low 2 seed. I don't understand the logic in the current system & definitely don't like it!😡

We got Screwed, Screwed, Screwed! We should have easily been a 3 seed after this weekend, and then got put up with the #1 Overall seed. S C R E W E D! And no Vaseline provided! Thanks Committee Idiots!!!!!!

Yeah. I like to see players commit; don't get me wrong. But the ones who commit before they are seniors don't get me excited like they used to before NIL.
