This will be CHF's best and most important hire. A recruiting class outside the top 10 (or even 5-7) will be seen as a massive failure going forward.

Norvell and his staff have stumbled on signing day recently. That will be a big part of their decision making process. Locksley would be a major let down but I’d be all for it. Maryland is a tough gig but he could’ve gotten more out of it IMO This wouldn't be as sexy but he’s ran the same program for a long time and has done a lot with less and that’s Mike Gundy but again not sure on recruiting.

That’s good. I’m sure a lot of on this board have seen dementia first hand. Not something you throw around lightly.
