  1. Then we would have limited his playing time and he would have transferred somewhere like, let’s say “Liberty” and then be selected high in the NFL draft.
  2. More concerned about our defensive subs for the game. LB play when rabbit was out was actually pretty ugly. Maybe they are able to scheme around it today, but during the season…not so much. Simpson has flashed at times…good and bad. Let’s hope for “good” today.
  3. Ceiling: 7-5 (losses to PSU, UGA, TAMU, Turds, Ole Miss) Basement: 5-7 (losses to above plus LSU & MSU) Expected: 6-6
  4. “Coach, I’m not sure how it happened. He looked fine to me when he went into the scrum.”
  5. He did play for Sou Miss and was a very talented QB. A friend was his his underclassman back-up and couldn’t sniff the field as Austin played tough and hardly missed a snap. No idea if he can coach or not. Was under Fedora while there and the offense was very fast-paced for that day and time so I would think he could manage a number of different schemes between what he learned there and at Seattle.
  6. Actually looking hard for lower-rated guys who are slow, small and exhibit poor blocking technique. With that in mind we plan to finish strong.
  7. Please tell me math wasn’t your major 🧑🏼‍🎓
  8. Marcus McNeil (LT) Kevin Greene (Edge)
  9. Mike G - sometimes in error, never in doubt.
  10. I believe Harsin would say I don’t sit down with the center when I make a change there, and I don’t sit down with the Mike LB when I make a change there, so why do I have to treat the QB any differently. You might argue that position, but there is a reasonable parallel there to consider.
  11. I say it’s Harsin’s call to make. I’d also say he has to operate within the budget he was originally given for the season, and that he would need to cover any cost difference for said move from his own salary. That’s called accountability.
  12. Well, when the O-Line is the highlight of the game, you know it’s been a tough day.
  13. With respect to other WR’s (such as Canion and Capers), I am left to imagine their limited playing time has more to do with other requirements of this offensive scheme with respect to blocking and reading and adjusting to defenses in alignment with the QB rather than route running and catching, where they have already demonstrated a high level of competency.
