This!!! If we had hired Steele, I’m sure he would still be here for another year or two. It would be bad, but not Harsin level bad. The best scenario would’ve been for everyone to get behind a really great hire 2 years ago, and we could be 2 years ahead of where we are now. But the second best scenario probably was the catastrophic disaster that was Harsin, so that everyone fully supported Freeze from day 1, and we’re well on our way to being among the top programs in college football.

That’s a pretty glowing review!!! I have no access to inside information, but as far as a timeline….. The guy goes to visit his top 2 schools, AU first, then Climpsun. After those visits are over he sets the date for his commitment. So people start to assume he is committing to CU because that was his last visit. But maybe, just maybe, it’s because he has seen enough of his top two schools to make a decision and he will choose AU. Maybe. Just maybe. 🤷‍♂️🤷‍♂️🤷‍♂️ What can I say, I’m an Auburn fan! I love setting myself up for disappointment. It’s what we do. 🤦‍♂️

At least we’re not Arky! Kid’s entire family played and/or attended Arky, and they’re not even a hat on the table!!! Climpsun is the obvious favorite here, but who knows, we might pull off the huge upset.🤷‍♂️ As stated, we are behind in 2024. These early battles will be tough! As we get later into the cycle, we’ll win some big ones, especially if we have success on the field. In the 2025 class, we should be have an even playing field. Then we’ll really be able to see where we stand against the other big boys.

I agree with you that CHF is much more open and honest with players, press, etc. than most coaches. And I believe he is telling the truth about the QB situation. I also believe that after Spring, TJ will decide to transfer out, and we will find a “right fit” QB to transfer in.

RB room will be good We’ll have 4 legit ball carriers! Tank was a great RB and a great leader! He will be missed! The OL should be a good bit better, so there is a good chance that the overall production will be better.

We can dream big right now. It’s still almost 2 years away. 🤣🤣🤣 It may not wind up being ranked highest ever, but the potential is there at this point. 🤷‍♂️

There is a very real possibility that 25 is going to be stupid good!!!! This was a great start!!!! I’m hoping we get our QB early, Ant Hill is a stud! Add Alvin Henderson and Ryan Williams early as well, and we’re off to likely the best class in AU history!!!🙌🙌🙌
