Not surprised. I love UA clothing but the 2 pair of shoes I have (basketball and running) are just awful. I am too cheap to throw them out and get new ones but I cannot wait for them to wear out. UA has a huge shoe issue.

I love UA clothing. Shorts, pants, polos, “performance” shorts, etc. I would have considered it until I saw how durable and lasting their stuff was on my son as well as the UA AU backpacks I got my kids for school (which have lasted 1.5 years and look brand new still). Once I saw that, I started getting stuff (on sale, I can’t pay full retail price for anything). It comfy and looks good. I then bought a pair of basketball shoes to play in (granted they are $65 retail) and they are very meh. I got a pair of running shoes just to wear around and they are meh too. I wish they could figure out the shoe side of things because to me the clothing side is great.

You expect Turbo to not step into at least a backup role? If not, I bet he transfers.

As a lifelong Braves fan, I am supposed to hate the Gnats, but the way they went from being out of the playoffs to winning the WS is just incredible. It's easier to stomach since they did it without Bryce Harper.

As an Avs fan, I hated that goal. As a hockey fan, it was unreal. That game ended so terribly too.

That was always the fear. I wouldn’t be surprised if they cut their losses and let him go.

@cole256 at the beginning of this thread you said he picked up “a bunch of offers”. This was summer 2018. Were those not committable or something? Has he talked about where he wants to play at all?

Maybe, but I think a lot of the Panther's improvement is McCaffrey. Allen has done well but also it's exactly lighting up the world. They have a lot of money invested in Cam and if he can be effective, they will play him. That said, weird things happen in the NFL all the time and the only thing that matters is the money, so who knows what's next for Cam.

They need to spend money on pitching. I don’t think Donaldson will be as effective after this year. He disappeared in the playoffs like others did. I love an AU guy but I’d rather have a real closer and another starter. Out Julio in the pen.

Yes. I doubt he will be back. The owners don’t really want to spend much money.

I always though Snit was a bridge to someone better, but the top brass seem to be satisfied with him. I think he makes too many bad bullpen decisions. Still a great core to build around for another run. This will be a huge learning experience for those guys who will hopefully have many more chances to make up for it.
