He has been dealing with nemerous doctors and offices over the past several years, but finally filed his VA paperwork a month or so ago. He says the VA down there has the best doctors and staff he has dealt with. He will eventually need a liver transplant, and they will be setting it all up. The transplant will be done at Vandy with the VA overseeing it. They have taken over all but a couple aspects of his medical care, and he has been pleasantly surprised with the care. First, they are located as if in the same campus, so I think your cousin is on the right track. Latest, price for liver transplant; 1 million. The judge said," His arrest in a Louisiana store violated his bond status and the state of Louisiana had an arrest warrant issued for him".
