WhiteTiger 2 Posted October 24, 2012 Share Posted October 24, 2012 IMHO the biggest problem we have is player development. Until the coaches, who ever they are solve this problem we will suffer. We have had some very good recruiting classes in the last 4 years, but very seldom do HS players show up ready to play at the SEC level. The first fall camp and the red-shirt year are very very important to their chances to play well at this level of football. Some even need another year to build the muscle mass and stamina.
