It had nothing to do with the base runners but the runner involved in the collision at home plate. Illegal pitch called on Rachel Walters. Well based on the home plate decision the base runner placement was involved as part of it. That's according to the announcers The announcers are usually clueless when it comes to rule interpretations much less trying to figure out what the discussion was about when they weren't down there on the field.
